Thermoskin Patella Tracking Stabilizer has a fully adjustable internal buttress which ensures correct positioning and control of patella movement. This allows tracking of the patella during vertical flexion-extension to assist the treatment of patella instability, pain and subluxation. This support offers an easy Slip-on application with straps for support and compression.

Thermoskin retains natural body heat yet allows skin to breathe. Thermoskin heat retainers are a simple form of prolonged heat treatment for muscles, tendons and ligaments. The application of Thermoskin heat retainers will enable the returnto regular activity more quickly. Unique to thermoskin is the Trioxon - the material which not only captures and retains the natural body heat, but also, unlike other products, allows the skin to ventilate and remain comfortably dry.
Thermoskin heat retainers work in four ways:
- They increase the blood flows to the damaged tissues and so speeds up the healing process
- They provide light compression to counteract tissue swelling
- They allow your skin to ventilate and remain well oxygenated and therefore comfortable
- They reduce stiffness
Note: This knee support does have neoprene material in the middle layer, but it does not touch the skin. The patented Trioxon lining touches the skin.
