I have arthritis in both thumbs,too. Without the splints, I wear one on each thumb, they are quite painful. The splint provides heat and moisture on the joint which reduces the pain about 85%. They are a great product!

I have arithritis in both of my thumb joints my Dr. ordered the themoskin for both hands . they are easy to get off and on and provide alot of strain off of my thumbs. They are also easy to care for as they are washable and last for months.Ireally recommend this product.
