I have tryed this device for about 4 days altho i DO like the support that it gives(ive had 6 srgeries on my left shoulder leaving me with extensive bone removal of bothe Collar bone and some chiseling and grinding of deltoid bone)as i mentioned the only thing holding my hand and arm are muscles and tendens so with this wrap on i get the support and even helps me with correct poshter(i usually just carry my arm around with my hand in my pocket) my concern is that after wearin device set with heat on low (havent been above low) seems as im getting worsened pain almost like "infrared goes TO deep" there fore im still sort of trial and pain testing any professional comments or suggestions that you may have id be thankfull for seriously Albert Parkhurst
