This universal hot and cold pack can be used on the elbow or knee for thorough and targeted hot or cold therapy. Apollo Paks are effective, comfortable and convenient to use. Hot or cold therapy is beneficial for conditions of the elbow such as tennis elbow, elbow tendonitis and elbow arthritis.
