The Thermal Therapy Knee Sleeve From Recover Gear is designed to provide heat therapy or cold therapy to the muscles, tendons, and ligaments of the knee.  Designed by a professional baseball player and world class triathlete, the Thermal Therapy Knee Sleeve from Recover Gear is constructed with both athletes and non-athletes in mind.

While there are many products available that can provide thermal therapy, many of them are uncomfortable, even downright inconvenient.  Some of them require hoses and power units.  Others are constructed from Neoprene and Velcro.  And we're all familiar with the universal cold pack that requires you to sit there and hold it on.  Not exactly conducive to following doctor's orders!

Compression therapy, heat therapy, and cold therapy may be called for in situations of:

The Thermal Therapy Knee Sleeve From Recover Gear is composed of a  breathable fabric sleeve with a built-in pocket that conforms to the shape of your knee.  A heated or frozen Thermafreeze™ insert (included) is slipped into the pocket.  That's it.  After 15 - 20 minutes, your session of thermal therapy is done.  Heat therapy and cold therapy have never been this easy!
