When you need support for your injured arm as well as a way to keep it aligned in a neutral position, get the Universal Arm Sling from Hely & Weber.  Economical but well-designed, this arm sling offers a 7 deep canvas pocket accommodates thick casts or dressings.  A thumb loop reduces wrist drop and prevents the sling from slipping or migrating.  For your comfort as well as for maximum adjustability, the strap is 53 long and solidly padded.  

Printed on the inside of the canvas sling is a sizing guide to assist in fitting this sling for your own personal needs.
