Excellent after shoulder surgery, March 14, 2009

I bought this (and an extra ice pack) before having arthroscopic shoulder surgery and it has been great for helping reduce inflammation and pain. It is relatively easy to put on and stays on while I move around.
I anticipate it being used after I recover to ease stiff muscles after shoulder-intensive sports (climbing and canoeing).
