My cold-pack just arrived and I love it. I had arthroscopic hip surgery 2 weeks ago. This cold pack gives me the coverage I was looking for --from the groin to the butt and is very comfortable. I wrap one strap around my waist and one around my upper thigh. It stays in place so I can get up and move around (on crutches).
