Although I have only been using this model less that a week I have found it very beneficial. The "S" shaped design is helpful and allows pressure to be applied with little effort. In my opinion, the product could be improved by lengthening the space between the tips of the device and the mid-point that connects the two pieces to accommodate thicker shaped bodies.

I was given a 'Backnobber' about 5 years ago as a Christmas present. Was very sceptical at first and thought it must be a gimmick. Couldn't have been more wrong! I've suffered with lower back problems since 1980 and this thing REALLY works.
