With stocking distributors this may be extended to within one year of their customers purchase. After inspecting the returned product, Polar will replace any such product free of charge and credit the customer for the return freight. A return authorization number is required.

Polar Products allows the return of unopened inventory within one year of purchase with a full refund, except freight cost, providing the goods are returned in like new condition. Extenuating circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis with our intent to always be fair.
