Polar Products allows the return of unopened inventory within one year of purchase with a full refund, except freight cost, providing the goods are returned in like new condition. Extenuating circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis with our intent to always be fair. In all cases not involving defective product the cost of return freight is the customers responsibility. A return authorization number is required.
I really like these "soft ice" packs, but if they are left in the freezer for longer than 48 hours they will freeze solid. But they still outperform any drugstore ice packs.
