Soft and comfortable to wear. 11" long x 0.2" thick foam, cushioned insoles include eight, strategically placed, 800 gauss magnets per each insole (16 total). Magnets are imbedded (not protruding). These assorted sized magnets are all bionorth (-) pole. Pair includes both left and right insoles, may be trimmed to fit any size foot.
Do Not Use Magnets under the following circumstances.
On the abdomen during pregnancy.
When wearing a pacemaker, or any other implanted medical device, unless you check first with the manufacturer.
On an area of acute injury, such as a sprain.
Within the same anatomical area, when wearing a transdermal drug patch
On your abdomen for 60-90 minutes following meals.
