These comfortable magnetic insoles have eight, 800 gauss magnets per each insole (16 total). The assorted sized magnets are strategically positioned to massage and apply a stimulating pressure to your feet as you stand or walk. The bionorth side of the magnets are facing the foot to help relieve pain.
Pair includes both left and right insoles, may be trimmed to fit any size foot. The small size fits shoe sizes 5 to 9, the large fits 9 to 12.
Do Not Use Magnets under the following circumstances.
On the abdomen during pregnancy.
When wearing a pacemaker, or any other implanted medical device, unless you check first with the manufacturer.
On an area of acute injury, such as a sprain.
Within the same anatomical area, when wearing a transdermal drug patch
On your abdomen for 60-90 minutes following meals.
