The knee immobilizers are universal around the width of the leg. The different sizes correspond to the length of the immobilizers compared to the length of your leg. Your height, or a physicians recommendation will help you determine the size you need.
Measure around center of knee with the leg extended. If measurement falls between two sizes, go up to the next size.
