Great, but doesn't stay together..., February 11, 2010

I purchases this brace from a local store after having to cut my doctor's issued on off my leg to remove it.
After a weeks worth of daily wear...the hinges pulled through the top and bottom of the brace on both sides as well as the donut ring came apart.
The size doesn't seem right even after matching measurements to package, ended up smaller. The brace also spins around my knee making knee cap alignments WAY OFF.
Best advice...save up the money and get a better quality brace.

I had a total patelloctemy in 1975. This year I tore my medial meniscuis in my damaged knee. I'm using this brace so I can play golf. Solid feeling but doesn't let me overpronate. Very happy so far

Even though I properly measured my thigh area, the brace velcro area was to short. I would recommend ordering the next larger size.
Quality of the brace is very good. Sizing is not true to measurements stated on package.
