I had a total patelloctemy in 1975. This year I tore my medial meniscuis in my damaged knee. I'm using this brace so I can play golf. Solid feeling but doesn't let me overpronate. Very happy so far

Even though I properly measured my thigh area, the brace velcro area was to short. I would recommend ordering the next larger size.
Quality of the brace is very good. Sizing is not true to measurements stated on package.
