The Sacro-ease was first recommended to me by an orthopoedic surgeon 10 years ago. This is my 4th purchase and I swear by them. They are very comfortable and more padded models are available. I use it in the house,car, and restaurants. If you have low back problems this is a MUST HAVE.

This seat cushion is perfect for a folding chair, my desk chair, my car seat. I love the adjustable lumbar support and the added seat cushion. The lumbar frame can be further adjusted to support the lower region of a petite person, like me, where I can sit upright and have my spine aligned. It takes a lot of engery to hold the body up, but with the seat cushion, I have more energy to focus on my skill at the keyboard. I need another for home. I really want to try the next one up with the 1 inch added seat pad.
