Tried both sizes and the size that fits best is the one suggested by the chart. Because of extensive abdominal surgery eleven years ago, I have tried many different girdles,etc. . This is very gentle support but because of the length and no seam construction it is very comfortable. I am going to buy more.

I have a bad back with sciatica and neuropathy and severe pain in left leg, also a rupture in my abdomen from surgery. I've tried several kinds of girdles, for back and stomach support, but this is the most comfortable one that I've found. I found it at another place and it was much more expensive, I searched and found this site and it was much cheaper and more affordable. I got one to try and see if I would like it, and the same day I received this one, I ordered three more. I'm well please with them, if you give them a try, I think you will be also.
