The Patented Knork® Design:

The Head: The Knork® has curved, beveled outer tines that are able to cut through foods, yet are not serrated or sharp to the touch. This product is as safe to the mouth as an everyday standard fork. The curved shape enables the Knork's head to be rocked back and forth-- very much like the motion of a rocking chair.

The Finger Platform: Another key component in the patented Knork® design is the enlarged finger platform located just underneath the tines. When trying to use a standard fork to cut foods, painful "indentations" in the finger can occur from pressing down on the thin handle or the tines themselves. When using the Knork®, however, the finger rests on the smooth platform. Not only is it more comfortable, but it also reduces the amount of effort needed to rock the Knork's head back and forth. This rocking motion, in combination with the curved tines, makes the utensil capable of cutting through vegetables, meats, pizza-- even tougher foods such as steak!

Cuts Through Many Types of Food

Contoured Handle: The Knork® also has an enlarged, rounded end. This makes it extremely well-balanced and, as a result, easier to use. The contoured handle provides stability, leverage and comfort when held in either the left or right palm.

Product Description:

The Knork® 4 Pack includes four standard place Knorks® in a choice of either a Glossy or Matte finish. They are made from 18/10 stainless steel, which is the very highest quality of stainless steel available on the market. The numbers refer to an 18% chromium and 10% nickel content. Chromium produces a durable and lasting finish, while nickel adds beautiful luster.


*Stainless steel can become discolored over time by dishwasher use with hard water. If this occurs, use a cleaning product that is formulated for stainless steel. Do not use detergents containing lemon as they may cause surface corrosion.
