Knork® 5 (Five) Piece Serving Set by Knork® Flatware
This stainless steel serving set is far more than top-quality flatware-- it is also a valuable daily living aid for individuals with limited hand mobility. Each piece features superior balance, weight and precision. The enlarged, contoured handles provide stability, leverage and comfort and are designed to fit against the palm of either the right or left hand.

A completely unique feature of the Knork® Serving Set is the enlarged finger platforms found beneath the head of each piece. The finger platform enables the user to comfortably press down on the utensil when cutting or scooping foods.
The Serving Fork included in this set also has curved, beveled outer tines that allow it to cut through foods-- even tough foods such as steaks. This cutting edge is not serrated or sharp to the touch. The secret to its cutting ability lies in its rounded shape and the rocking motion provided by pressing down on the finger platform. Foods can be cut using only one hand, instead of the two-handed operation required with a standard serving fork and knife. This gives increased independence to those with limited or no mobility in one hand.
This serving set includes a Serving Fork, Serving Spoon, Slotted Serving Spoon, Butter Knife and Sugar Spoon. These pieces are forged from a solid bar of 18/10 stainless steel, which is the highest grade available on the market. The numbers refer to an 18% chromium and 10% nickel content. Chromium produces a lasting, durable finish, while Nickel adds beautiful luster. This stainless steel is highly durable, stain-resistant and dishwasher safe.*
Three finishes are available to perfectly match any table setting: Glossy, Matte (shown) and Duo. The Duo finish has a Glossy head with a Matte handle and carries an additional cost.
