This Back Rapp is large, 14W x 12H and covers lots of area. There are five pockets of rice to keep the rice from bunching. The BackRapp™ is specifically designed to use on the upper and lower back to help relieve back pain from muscular spasm and arthritis. Moist heat provides soothing relief from Thoracic and Lumbar spine pain. The BackRapp™ can also be rolled up to make a cervical or lumbar spine roll.

For the price this is a very good product. It is packed with rice and has a good weight to it. The only draw back was the grape design. I would recommend this product.
