CMC Controller From Hely & Weber

The Hely & Weber CMC Controller is designed to alleviate thumb arthritis pain by positioning your thumb in the most effective way to relieve arthritis discomfort. This is done by simultaneously abducting the thumb and distracting the CMC joint, also known as the basal joint or carpometacarpal joint. With the CMC Controller's low profile, normal motion of the thumb can be enjoyed while the CMC joint is supported.

Designed to alleviate thumb joint arthritis pain

Neoprene construction provides general warmth while the strap keeps your thumb slightly abducted away from the hand itself, where the base of the thumb usually experiences greater comfort. The CMC splint can be worn day or night as needed for relief of pain or stiffness around the base of the thumb joint.
