The Unloader One is a hinged Osteoarthritis knee brace that has a flexible lightweight frame and an easy-to-use, tool-free removal and replacement. The Unloader One features Dual Dynamic Force Straps that increase unloading and help reduce brace movement. The ratcheting Dynamic Force Control System enable the wearer to self-adjust for easier pain management. The Quick Fit Buckles with leverage arms allow for easy application and removal of the brace.

The lining is made up of an aerospace based material and is lined with Ossur's Sensil ® Silicone Technology that results in breathable padding that will not migrate. This brace has a low-profile and contours to the leg so the brace can be worn underneath clothing. The lightweight frame is perforated for flexibility and ventilation. This brace comes with your choice of a medial or lateral side support hinge and is available in four sizes.
