The NoSwet ™ Knapp ™ Hinged Knee Brace from Hely and Weber features revolutionary construction that will make this brace easier for people in warmer climates to wear.  NoSwet ™ is a Neoprene-alternative fabric.  It's 20% lighter in weight, ideal for people with heat or skin sensitivities.

NoSwet ™ Knapp ™ Hinged Knee Brace Features:

  • NoSwet ™ is completely Neoprene free!
  • Available in either 12 length or 16 length
  • Elasticized band in thigh strap ensures comfort
  • Hinges are offset in the center to reduce irritation
The NoSwet ™ Knapp ™ Hinged Knee Brace from Hely and Weber offers three types of hinges to choose from:
  • Standard hinge - allows full range of motion with a standard hinge
  • Heavy hinge - allows full range of motion, stronger hinge
  • Range of motion hinge - controls range of motion in 10 degree increments
Can be helpful in treatment of such conditions as:
  • Ligament sprains
  • General knee instability
  • Pre and post op care of meniscus injuries

Available in the following sizes:

Size is determined by loosely measuring mid patella (kneecap) with leg fully extended
* If your measurements fall on the border, it is recommended that you go up in size.
