I have been using these wraps for my knees for almost 10 years. I have 6 of them in my deep freezer. I have had 11 knee surgries and I use them on both knees every morning and night. They are much better than ice since they don't drip and can be re-frozen. Their size is excellent for covering the entire knee, above, below and all around at the same time. 30 minutes gives me outstanding relief. The only con on this product is the velcro straps loose their ability to fasten after 4-6 months if used every day.
