It is made from a nylon core and lycra fabric that provides an alternative to neoprene materials. The fabric provides compression and support while allowing for improved air flow with a cutout on the front and back of the knee.

To determine size, find the mid-kneecap point. Then go up the thigh 6-inches. At this point on the thigh, measure circumference. If measurement is within ½ of next size, choose the larger size.

I like the knee brace just fine, with exceptions.
In their desire to produce a "Finished" look, the mfg. has seams on the inside at the top, at the back of the leg, that produces an irritation in a very tender spot.
I would prefer to see the seam on the outside and have the comfort of no irritation.
All around, I like the function of the brace and am able to play Raquetball with very minimal, discomfort.
