Our most requested fiber support pillow provides softer support and lasts longer than traditional pillows. The trapezoid-shaped center delivers great orthopedic benefits; cradling the head and firmly supporting the neck.
Two different sized lobes provide a better fit for different sized sleepers. Side lobes are taller for side sleeping. High resiliency fiber springs back when compressed for exceptional comfort and durability. Blended cotton cover is breathable and soft to the touch. Fits a standard pillowcase. 24”x 16” (61cm x 41cm)
Our fiber pillows are designed specifically with the neck and back in mind. Choose the firm support of our Standard Tri-Core Pillow or the Gentle Tri-Core Pillow with slightly less fiber and height. If you are new to a cervical support pillow, it may take time to adjust; this is the pillow working to help restore proper cervical curve during sleep.*Note: The difference between standard support (firm) and gentle is subtle. The gentle support option contains less fiber, which slightly reduces the height and firmness of the pillow.
What is an Orthopedic Support Pillow?
Special Note: Support type pillows are orthotic devices (like a custom orthotic in your shoe) and therefore may take time to get accustomed to. Healthcare providers should give patients proper education regarding the time needed for training the musculature in accepting the pillow. Although some people can react positively to this type of pillow immediately, others may take up to 2 weeks of gradual increased use through the night. Patient should use pillow to waking tolerance and then switch to previous pillow for the rest of the night. Each successive night, patient should increase time support pillow is used through the night.
Examples: Tri-Core Standard; Tri-Core Gentle; Double Core & Double Core Select Pillows.
Orthopedic Pillow Uses
Natural placement of the head and neck, accomplished with the many different styles and shapes of Core cervical pillows, can help relieve intense pain by providing natural and correct posturing in supine (back) and side-sleeping positions.
Cervical support pillows are used when a cervical hypo(less than normal curvature of the spine) exists, to prevent hypo , or when cervical spasms or strains occur. These pillows are orthotic devices (apparatus used to align or support) used to help relieve spasms, remove minor tensions and maintain or resume the natural cervical lordotic curve while at rest.
By providing proper neck support, cervical pillows can help with:

Having used these pillows for many years I recommend them highly. I prefer the Tri-Core pillow to the D-core Pillow. I like the Gentle one very much and I have had no neck pain since using it. My biggest concern is that it may not hold up as long as the Standard model. Given the cost of this pillow I would say this is a reasonable concern.

A friend recommended a cervical pillow for neck and upper shoulder pain and I went online to check them out. I LOVE this pillow! I got the standard fill and it has made a huge difference in how I feel. I find I am sleeping more on my back, which is better for circulation, and I am waking up less during the night. I look forward to laying down at night after a long day. The pain I was experiencing is gone. A simple solution for an annoying problem. There is no risk with trying this pillow!

I am still at the I'm not sure stage. I had one of these about 6 years ago and loved it. I then order the same, but the smaller size and hated it. The first one at this point is really in need of replacing, so I thought I'd try again. When I got this new one, as soon as I opened the box, the odor was so over powering. I had to take it to the garage to air out over the weekend. the odor did go away, but i noticed this is slightly smaller that my older one, even tho this is suppose to be full size. some nites i love it, so nites, I threw it to the floor. So we will see.

I bought this pillow in hopes that it would relieve my neck discomfort. In the mornings, my neck would be terribly sore and stiff. Now after using it for only 2 weeks,my neck is free of pain, stiffness and soreness in the mornings. I really didn't expect it to work so well so fast!

We recently purchased several pillow for ourselves and for each of our sons. We love the pillow and so do they. It supports the neck and one of our sons has sleep appnea (spell?) and feels he sleeps much better. I recommended the pillow to a young lady at our church who has been diagnosed with only getting 10 minutes of sleep every hour. I would recommend this particular pillow to any and everyone who doesn't get a good nights rest as you will most certainly be happy with this pillow and get the best nights rest you have ever had. The representative (Laura Fox) was very helpful and courteous in my purchases. Donna Morris
