This is a great product for the money because it is the only face pillow that has the side ventilation for breatheability and the shoulder support for around $30. The quality is good and it is soft and comfortable. We use it for massage and it works perfect! However, I think that it would be difficult to sleep comfortably with it for a full night because it might be too much pressure on the forehead. Whoever desined this product was very thoughtful and it shows!

The idea of this was great, but the opening was too small to put your face in. There is no way it can be used- I've had at least 9 people try it, so it wasn't just my face that wouldn't fit!!
