Cho-Pat’s Counter-Force Wrap is a versatile and dynamic approach to the pain and discomfort associated with knee degeneration resulting from old injuries, arthritis, wear and tear, or normal aging.
Constructed of heavy-duty, stretchable, fabric-covered neoprene, the Counter-Force Knee Wrap provides support and warmth to the knee helping to alleviate patellar pain while still allowing the user full mobility.
Two adjustable straps on the device with hook and loop fasteners make it possible to adjust the wrap for additional kneecap support.

Pros- it did give support on the sides of the knee and helped stability.
Cons- where it went across the knees, it made them ache. I tried adjusting the straps.
Dont know, maybe this just wasnt right for me.
I have pain on the lateral side and also in the kneecap.

It fits fairly well, the only negative is that the back side of the wrap is wide and is not too comfortable if you need to bend your knee frequently (ie: desk work, constant up and down). Otherwise it does offer good support for the kneecap. If you're on your feet most of the time this knee wrapwill work, it you bend your knee frequently it not quite as comfortable as I would like it to be.
