In addition, the Stabilizer has four enclosed firm plastic tubes acting as buttresses around the kneecap to reduce patellar subluxation and degeneration.

My left knees rolls over and this braces works very well. I do need to place the brace just so, or I get sores behind my knee. When I put the brace on, I make sure that after I have the bottom strap secured, that I bend my knee to make sure it feels comfortable.
