I have this wrap and it is a great product. It is easy to heat up, slip on and go. It is light weight and the microfiber fabric is soft to the skin so it doesn't irritate my surgical scar. It stays warm for about 20 minutes after 30 seconds in the microwave. I have small hands and wrists and fits very nicely. A person with large hands/wrists may want to go with the elbow cuff option.
