I frequently have pain in my neck and shoulders from harrington rod scoliosis surgery many years ago. This hot pack is easy and quick to use, and lays comfortably on my neck giving good results. I highly recommended it. This is my second one. I use it daily and had my first one for seven years. Well worth the purchase!
