The MediBeads Ankle Cold Wrap is designed to provide cold therapy to tired, aching ankles and feet. The MediBeads Ankle and Foot Cold Wrap comes as a pair and is sized 5" X 13". This ankle cold wrap can also be used as a hot wrap for moist heat therapy.
