Unique Stuff has a standard warranty that covers any manufacturer defects that inhibit the crystallizing and heating of the heat packs. They do not cover improper use product failure, failure to use as instructions state, improper product storage, or negligence on the part of the distributor or consumer. Unique Stuff replaces defective items only.
