Whether you are gripping the reins or putting on a bridle, the Bionic glove feels remarkable comfortable. Extra padding where the hand needs it most limits hand fatigue while the supple leather allows half halts and added control. Most gloves are cut with straight fingers, even though all fingers do not bend that way. The pinky and forefinger actually rotate inward. The Bionic Equestrain Gloves use a pre-rotated finger design, inspired by the hand's anatomy, to promote natural closure.
When selecting size, measure the circumference of the hand, excluding the thumb. The gloves give a little, but are best worn with a firm fit.

Great riding gloves, leather feels like high quality. Sizing is a little tricky. I needed an XL because of my very long fingers even though the measurement for size indicated I neede a Medium!

I ride horses and well fitting gloves function as both protection and support. One needs to be able to feel the reins and the horse's mouth through the glove leather. Grip as well as sensitivity is vitally important. I found them by chance when I needed to borrow a pair from a friend. After riding for 2 hours with the gloves on my hands, I couldn't wait to get on line to order a pair. I have a dressage instructor who does not permit us to ride without gloves. They are not an optional piece of equipment.
