The additional exercises it provides focus on the AC (Acromioclavicular Joint) of the shoulder as well as the back, chest, biceps, and triceps. The AC joint is particularly susceptible to injury as it is cabable of over 1600 positions-- more than any other joint in the body! The Flextend® exercise program helps create a strong and stable joint, which in turn helps prevent injury, rehabilitate injuries, and enhance performance. The AC Kit performs over 50 exercises, including new hand exercises with the Orthotic Glove.
