Product relieved shoulder pain in one day. Product is a little heavy on the shoulders. As with all Dr Bakst products, The velcro apparatus is designed backword. The strap should have the teath on it and brace shold have the fuzzy surface on which to attach. This would prevent the brace from snagging clothes.
