Instructions For Use To activate- Firmly press and release the activator button inside the heat pack. The solution will crystallize and you should massage the heat pack until it has fully crystallized.
To reactivate- Place in boiling water (on a cloth or vegetable steamer so the pan does not burn it) and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Remove and cool to room temperature before using again. Keep the pack in a liquid state during storage periods of two or more months.
For Use as a Cold Pack Chill pack in refrigerator, but DO NOT store in freezer.

Years ago you could buy these products at any drug store. Now they're nowhere but at places like Pain Reliever. The heat lasts longer than other types of products. The 8x12 size is great for back and knee or leg.
