Arthritis

Arthritis can be simply defined as an inflammation of a joint. It refers to more than 100 rheumatic diseases and other conditions that can cause stiffness, swelling and pain in the joints. The result can be debilitating and even life-threatening because of potential complications to muscles, bones and organs.

Most people who suffer from arthritis are over 65 years old, but it can afflict anyone at any age, including children.

Some of the most common conditions are rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, and gout. Here is some basic information about arthritis, including symptoms, treatments and beneficial products.

Symptoms
