This works really good. I have carpal tunnel in both hands and I use on my left hand since it hurts the most. Since my nerves are sensitive to the "Wrap", I put a "shammy" around my hand and wrist first. I am thinking of buying another one so I can have one in the freezer while I am wearing the other.
