I bought this wrap for shoulder pain. The removable gel packs can be used hot or cold and don't take up a lot of room in the freezer or microwave. The gel will get very cold, but I'm still experimenting with getting it warm enough. The wrap is easy to put on and holds the gel packs in place well. I like the fact that I can move around with the wrap on as opposed to having to lie on an ice pack or heating pad. My doctor recommended heat before exercise and cold after, and I can use the same packs for either. I heat and use before exercise, then freeze the packs so they're cold when I'm done. Another option would be to buy extra packs.

This works and fits great. I wear it under my shirt at work and hardly anyone notices. It does a great job in coverage as well.

The straps in the front and back of the shoulder put constant pressure over the ice (where you want it) to really apply the cold. The fit is very contoured and flexible and built very well. The ice is nice and soft. Well worth the money
