I play lots of basketball and my knees have paid the price. I try and ice a lot as a preventive measure. My old packs would slip down if I tried to wear them under slacks. These stay in place really well and cover most of my knee.

I really like the fact that it wraps tight. However, the gel packs do almost freeze solid. You should thing about using the type of gel that stays pliable. That way, when it is wrapped around the knee it will bend with the knee more like a knee brace does.

This product is one of the best purchases I ever made!
I am using it for Post-Op cold treatment after a Total knee replacement and find it very well made, very easy to use and very comfortable.
It is nice to have this on and be able to move around and have it stay in place.
