While many ice packs freeze solid, ActiveWrap packs stay soft and flexible when cold so they mold comfortably in place. I was hoping that this product would actually ice down my elbow. Instead it ices down the muscles around the joint. This makes more since for most, but I am having more in joint problems. The wrap was also very large. I am pretty average in build and this one was too large for me.
