The Keri Memory Foam Back Cushion is 13 high, making it ideal for smaller car seats with limited head room. A choice of either a 12 or 15 width is available. I purchased the Sacro-Ease Memory Foam Back Cushion for my wife. She had been complaining of lower back discomfort and pain for months and I started some research on cushions and was impressed with several reviews received on this product. It seems as though the memory foam was the biggest attraction to me. She memtioned that she needed some type of back support for her car while driving. It came in a variety of colors and the red was a perfect match for her car. Needless to say, she loves it and wouldn't trade it for anything. I'm constantly reminded by her that it's made a major difference in her discomfort. She tells me "No More Pain"!!! Totally thanks to my research and PainReleiver.Com. This product (12"w) has a "low profile" and very supportive. A very high quality frame with foam pad and a nice cover. The strap system is attached well, has quick-release clips, and came with an extention strap to fit different sized chair backs and hold it where you want it.
After a week of trial, I ordered another for the car. Expensive, but seems like it's worth it. Better than the inexpensive "foam cushion" I used to have.
