Polar guarantees all of its products to be of the highest quality. If you should receive a defective product please notify Polar and then return it to us within one year of purchase. With stocking distributors this may be extended to within one year of their customers purchase. After inspecting the returned product, Polar will replace any such product free of charge and credit the customer for the return freight. A return authorization number is required.

Polar Products allows the return of unopened inventory within one year of purchase with a full refund, except freight cost, providing the goods are returned in like new condition. Extenuating circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis with our intent to always be fair. In all cases not involving defective product the cost of return freight is the customers responsibility. A return authorization number is required.

I tried this cooler with a Life Enhancement cooling jacket and found the pump to be very insufficien The LET system was very good and worked exceptional when I wore it for playing golf when ever the temp was above 70* or so. Iused the LET system for over seven years and 300 to 400 hrs per year. the pump finally gave out and the cooler is no longer available. This cooleer did nott work as well as a passive cooling system. I still have not found an adequate cooler to compare to LET's. I have MS and am really bumbed out. Not sure what I will do.
