Versatile, Easy, September 10, 2009

These little ice packs are quick to freeze and easy to stuff in the various wraps for cold therapy. They are also flexible and bend around wrists, shoulders and ankles. I have 10 of these in the freezer and always have some ready to go. I have RA and use them daily. My only reservation is I wish they had a little more gel in them.
