The tri fold works really good but the ones I just got last month don't seem to have as much gel in them as the ones I got 2 years ago. Could be a bad batch or just cutting back on product. But works well for around 10 nmin.

I sprained my neck first while going down the stairs in high heels and landing on my neck with my feet over my head. A year or so later I was in a car crash. A year or so later I fell 6ft. off my bunk bed in college. Well, let's just say it has been one mishap after another and now I'm 33 years old and I have arthritis(osteo) and this product is very helpful for my neck/knee/ankle/hip. It doesn't get too cold or too hot, so I can put it on right from the freezer or microwave.

The quality of the covering is really nice, The only problem is that it is too thin. Another brand I have used has more "filling " in them. I use them in the small of my back after several lower back surgeries.
