This Six Pocket Rapp ™ Universal Hot or Cold Wrap measures 6 x 12, and is perfect for helping treat pain for almost any area of the body.
Microwaveable Rapps help relieve pain from tight, achy muscles. Simply microwave the rice filled bags, and enjoy soothing moist heat that lasts for up to an hour. Rice retains heat to give you one of the best moist heating packs you can find. You can use a 6 pocket Rapp ™ Universal Hot or Cold Pack on any part of the body by simply wrapping it around a knee, ankle, shoulder, hip, elbow or wrist to relieve pain anywhere you need it.
Place Rapps in the freezer for cold therapy for pain relief and muscle spasm relief. Always place the Rapp in a freezer bag to avoid condensation. Never get a Rapp wet.
