It has an ergonomic design that can be fine tuned for any comfort level. The everyday knee brace will also help relieve pain from tendonitis, swelling, soft tissue injury, and subluxation.

Flexion and extension control
Choose between medial (inner leg) and lateral (outer leg) support
When choosing a brace, remember that medial support refers to the inner knee, and lateral support refers to the outer knee. You also must choose a brace for the proper leg, either left or right.
To determine size, find the mid-kneecap point. Then go up the thigh 6-inches. At this point on the thigh, measure circumference. If measurement is within ½ of next size, choose the larger size.

THIS BRACE IS THE BEST 500.00 I HAVE EVER SPENT, AFTER TWO KNEE SCOPES ON MY RIGHT MEDIAL KNEE I COULD HARDLY MOVE AROUND THE COURT, MY KNEE WOULD SWELL UP AND I COULD BARLEY WALK THE NEXT DAY. WHEN I RECEIVED THE DONJOY EVERY DAY BRACE I PLAYED THREE SETS OF TENNIS AND I DID NOT LIMB AT ALL, THERE WAS NO SWELLING, AND I FELT GREAT THE NEXT DAY, THANK YOU DONJOY.
