I purchased this after using other braces for Plantar Faceitis that didn't work. I wore this faithfully for 3 months and I now have no more pain. If I start to get the pain back you can know without a doupt that I would wear it again. Yes, it does make your foot hot but that is part of the healing process. 5 gold stars here!!!! This product did nothing to make my heel pain any less. The only thing that I got was a hot foot.
