Comfort Products Inc. Limited Warranty
This limited warranty covers the original purchase of this new product used for normal commercial, personal or household use. Comfort Products Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship (normal wear and tear excepted) for 5 years from the date of purchase, except as provided below. Comfort Products Inc., at its option, will repair or replace with a comparable product, free of charge, any product, part or component, which fails under normal use as a result of such defect. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by fire accident, and negligence, misuse, improper maintenance cleaning or other circumstances not directly attributable to manufacturing defects.
Natural variations occurring in wood or other materials will not be considered defects, and Comfort Products Inc. does not warrant the color fastness or matching of colors, grains, or textures of such materials. This warranty does not apply to: modifications of the product, attachments to the product not approved by Comfort Products Inc., and products that were not installed, used, or maintained in accordance with product instructions and warnings. To the extent a seating product is used in a manner that exceeds the equivalent of a single shift fort (40) hours workweek, the warranty period will be reduced in a pro-rata manner. This warranty does not apply to chairs used by individuals weighing over 250 pounds.
This warranty has the following exceptions: Fabrics, foam, veneer furnishings other covering materials, and all electronic components which are instead warranted for three years from date of sale.
COMFORT PRODUCTS INC. PROVIDES THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED ARE ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHANTABILITY.
COMFORT PRODUCTS INC. SOLE OBLIGATION AND THE USER'S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT, AT COMFORT PRODUCTS INC. SOLE DISCRETION, OF THE PRODUCT OR ITS COMPONENTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL COMFORT PRODUCTS INC., ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES OR PARENT COMPANIES BE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL SPECIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF A CLAIM OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT.
This warranty applies only in the U.S. and Canada.
